About Us

Welcome to Grounded Beginnings Birth! We are a team of passionate doulas committed to making a difference in the world of birth and postpartum support. Our primary focus is on training doulas to expand their services and make essential birth-related support more accessible.

With our own diverse backgrounds and a deep understanding of community dynamics, we bring a wealth of unique experiences to the table. Our headquarters are located in the Inland Empire area of Southern California, where we are deeply connected to the local community.

At Grounded Beginnings Birth, our goal is to provide tailored doula trainings that empower specific communities to show up for themselves and their loved ones. We believe that every community has its own wisdom and strengths, which is why we emphasize collaboration and co-creation. While we bring our professional competencies, it is the communities themselves who contribute their invaluable knowledge and insights.

Through our comprehensive training programs, we equip doulas with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide exceptional care and support during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

Join us on this transformative journey as we work hand in hand with communities to create a world where every birthing person and family receives the compassionate care and support they deserve. Together, we can build stronger, healthier, and more empowered communities.
